The Boostix AI Assistant adheres to strict data protection policies. Any logs or data used to help generate accurate responses are not to be shared if generated by the bot and are protected to ensure user privacy. You are requested to report responses which share logs and data used to train the bot.
However, in the event that data collection is deemed necessary for the improvement of the AI service, it will only be conducted with your explicit consent. We will provide clear and transparent communication regarding the purpose, scope, and duration of the data collection process. You will have the opportunity to review and agree to these terms before any data is collected.
You will always have control over your data. If you choose to participate in data collection, you can opt in by providing your consent. Similarly, if you do not wish to share your data, you can opt out without any impact on your access to the Boostix AI services.
Boostix AI will never scrape, extract, or steal your messages without explicit permission. Your conversations and interactions with the AI Assistant are not logged or stored for the purpose of training or any other unauthorized activities. We are dedicated to ensuring that your privacy is respected at all times.
Boostix and Boostix AI is not responsible for any damages, losses, and illegal activities resulting from the use of the AI Assistant. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied and is only for the purpose of sharing information about Boostix.
Boostix AI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of service, use in which Boostix operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Boostix and Boostix AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the AI Assistant at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Boostix service.
